At Shameless Lingerie, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality garments. Please review our exchange policy below:

1. Exchange Only for Size:

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same garment only. No refunds or returns are accepted.

2. Conditions for Exchange:

• The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels intact.

3. Timeframe for Exchanges:

• Exchanges must be requested and shipped back to us no later than 7 days after receiving your package.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange:

• Contact our customer service team at info@shamelesslingerie.com to request an exchange authorization.

• Include your order number, the size you need, and proof of purchase.

5. Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

• We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement garment back to you.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
